At CraftWeco, we stand behind the quality of the tools and equipment we sell. Many of our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The information below explains how warranty coverage and repair assistance are handled.

Manufacturer Warranties

Most products sold by CraftWeco are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary depending on the brand and specific product.

Manufacturer warranties may cover:

They typically do not cover:

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty:

1. Contact us at sales@craftweco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

2. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

In some cases, you may be directed to contact the manufacturer directly, as many brands handle warranty service through their own repair or replacement programs.

Repairs

Certain brands offer repair services or replacement parts for their tools. Repair availability depends on the policies of the manufacturer.

If you need help locating replacement parts or starting a repair request, contact our team and we will do our best to assist.

Limitations

CraftWeco does not provide separate warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

Warranty approvals, repair decisions, and coverage are determined solely by the manufacturer according to their warranty policies.
