Returns & Refunds
At CraftWeco, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned according to the terms below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at sales@craftweco.com and include:
• Your order number
• The product name
• The reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact sales@craftweco.com before returning the product so we can confirm stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
