Founders & Leadership

Igor & Alan – Co-Founders

CraftWeco was founded by, Igor and Alan, who shared a belief that good work starts with reliable tools. What began as countless conversations about durability, performance, and practical design grew into a vision for a store focused on tools that perform in real projects, not just marketing claims.

Igor brings a sharp focus on product quality and brand partnerships. From evaluating build quality and materials to researching manufacturers and long-term reliability, he works to ensure every product meets the standards CraftWeco stands behind.

Alan focuses on operations and customer experience. He oversees inventory planning, supplier coordination, and in-store strategy to make sure customers can find the tools they need when they need them.

Together, they built CraftWeco on a commitment to consistency, transparency, and dependable equipment.

Sales & Customer Experience Team

Our sales and customer support team is often the first point of contact for customers visiting our store. Whether someone is selecting their first power tool, comparing equipment for a project, or looking for a reliable replacement, the team focuses on providing clear guidance and practical advice.

Daniel – Sales Specialist

Daniel combines technical product knowledge with a passion for tools and hands-on projects. He helps customers compare tool features, understand performance differences, and select equipment suited for their specific needs.

Sofia – Customer Experience Advisor

Sofia focuses on making every interaction helpful and straightforward. From answering questions about tool compatibility to helping customers understand maintenance and usage, she works to ensure customers feel confident in their purchases.

Together, the team helps make CraftWeco more than just a retail space — it’s a place where customers can learn, compare, and find the right tools for the job.

Product Research & Brand Partnerships Team

At CraftWeco, every product begins with careful evaluation. Our team works closely with trusted manufacturers to ensure the tools we carry meet standards for durability, performance, and long-term reliability.

Greg & Mike

Greg and Mike lead product research and sourcing efforts. They evaluate brands, review specifications, and assess long-term reliability before tools are added to our selection.

Their work also involves monitoring industry developments, maintaining relationships with manufacturers, and coordinating new product arrivals.

Their focus is simple: quality over quantity. Because of their work, the tools available at CraftWeco are chosen intentionally — backed by research and trusted partnerships.
