At CraftWeco, we work to ensure every order is processed quickly and delivered safely. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from CraftWeco.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If a delay occurs due to high order volume or inventory availability, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options based on your location. We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.) – 2–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size, destination, and selected carrier.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

5. Delays & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@craftweco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. CraftWeco is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
